DLA Application Form

This application form should be completed by the founder(s) (initiators of this idea).

Eligibility Criteria:

- Apply as a team of min. 2 people and one of the founders should be a native Albanian speaker
- Have a proposal for a circular economy project idea, based on the proposed digital loops or creating a new one
- Startups in ideation phase, and not legally established

Evaluation Criteria:

- Strong team with diverse skills & commitment
- Your selection of a digital loop based on market reality in Albania
- Your strategy & plan to building the startup and earning revenues
- Innovativeness of your solution in the Albanian context

At this stage, we recommend you not to have a team of more than 3 people

Section 3: Your Plan

We are interested in knowing your Strategy and Plan to build and grow your startup.

*Firstly, we are curious: why do you want to launch a startup right now? (short answer)

Which of the 5 Digital Loops did you choose to develop your business? (OPTIONAL)

Digital Loop 1: Make products from recycled material and sell to consumers on the marketplace

Digital Loop 2: Rent, not sell. List consumables (clothes, electronic gadgets, etc.) and rent them to consumers

Digital Loop 3: Individual sellers advertise and put up their second-hand clothes and household items for sale

Digital Loop 4: Sell soon-to-expire food items at a discount around the closing hours of the day

Digital Loop 5: Refurbish used electronic gadgets and other equipment, get them certified for quality and then sell them on the marketplace

Digital Loop 6: I am proposing my own innovative solution (NOTE: If this is a viable startup plan, you get higher score on Innovativeness!)
